Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from Travel Billy Solo. You can delete individual items directly from within the app, or request full account deletion using the button below.

Request Account Deletion

Opens an email addressed to our support team. Your request will be processed within 7 business days.

1. Delete Individual Documents

You can delete any document you have uploaded to Solo at any time, directly from the app:

Deleted documents are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. They are not recoverable after this period.

2. Delete Your Account

If you wish to close your Solo account and remove all associated data, you have two options:

Send an email to support@travelbilly.com.au with the subject line "Delete My Solo Account". Please include the email address associated with your Solo sign-in (Google or Apple).

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Once processed, your account and associated data are permanently removed from our production systems. Backups containing your data are overwritten within 30 days.
