Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your data from Travel Billy Solo. You can delete individual items directly from within the app, or request full account deletion using the button below.
Request Account DeletionOpens an email addressed to our support team. Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
1. Delete Individual Documents
You can delete any document you have uploaded to Solo at any time, directly from the app:
- Open the document you want to remove
- Tap the menu (three dots) or "Delete" option
- Confirm the deletion
Deleted documents are permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. They are not recoverable after this period.
2. Delete Your Account
If you wish to close your Solo account and remove all associated data, you have two options:
2.1 In-App Account Deletion
- Open Solo and sign in
- Go to Settings
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm the request
2.2 Request by Email
Send an email to support@travelbilly.com.au with the subject line "Delete My Solo Account". Please include the email address associated with your Solo sign-in (Google or Apple).
What gets deleted when you close your account:
- All documents you have uploaded (passports, itineraries, tickets, notes)
- Your subscription status and payment history stored by Solo
- Any concierge chat history
- Your profile and account metadata
3. What Is NOT Deleted
Some information cannot be removed on request, for legal or operational reasons:
- Billing records retained by Google Play or Apple App Store (these are not held by Travel Billy)
- Anonymised operational logs that cannot be attributed to an individual user
- Records we are required by law to retain (e.g. tax records, fraud prevention data)
4. Timeline
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of receipt. Once processed, your account and associated data are permanently removed from our production systems. Backups containing your data are overwritten within 30 days.
